Return Policy / Shipping Information
- I use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your package is shipped.
- Once your item is shipped, it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located.
- If you need upgraded shipping please reach out via customer service email and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
- There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control.
- If there is any issues with delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly.
- If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
- An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
RETURN POLICY:
If you do not 100% love your purchase (although we hope you do!), Mia Grace will gladly accept returns for a store credit (Mia Grace Boutique e-gift card) within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors etc. Item must have original tags. Shoes must be sent back in original box, unworn and in a protective cover as they were sent to you.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Body Suits
- Bralettes
- Pre-Orders
- SALE ITEMS
- Accessories or Hats
- Gift Cards
- Customized or Made to Order Items
***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
SHOE RETURNS:
- Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. We have to use the shoe box to resell the item, so please do not ship it back in the shoe box only. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide assistance.
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service at shopmiagrace@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue.
How long will it take to process the return?
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit confirmation will be emailed to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopmiagracegmail.com . Please email your name, order number, and the item you would like to return. When your return is approved, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label.
