Return Policy / Shipping Information
- I use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your package is shipped.
- Once your item is shipped, it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located.
- If you need upgraded shipping please reach out via customer service email and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
- There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control.
- If there is any issues with delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly.
- If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
- An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
RETURN POLICY:
If you do not 100% love your purchase (although I hope you do!), Mia Grace will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (Mia Grace Boutique e-gift card) within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on. You will have 30 days from the issue date of your store credit to use it before it expires.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Pre-Orders, Body Suits, Bralettes, Accessories, Leggings & Jumpsuits, PJ'S, And Swim are FINAL SALE. All original tags must be attached.

***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
SHOE RETURNS:
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Mia Grace Boutique does not offer any exchanges.
- Again, Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box to be eligible. We have to use the shoe box to resell the item, so please do not ship it back in the shoe box only. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please email me at shopmiagrace@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform me of the issue. If I am not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect within your email.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.
How Long will it take to process a return?
- Please allow 5-10 business days once your return reaches Mia Grace Boutique, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.
- You will have 30 days from the issue date of your store credit to use it before it expires.
